Creepy Romance examines eternal love by exploring how it exists within the mortal realm through the languages of words and art. Inspired by the concept of quantum entanglement, the series explores the invisible connections that link the human experience of love and challenges the idea that love is limited to a single lifetime or human existence.

The Creepy Romance book series is a collaboration between Cosondra Sjöström and 50 artists. Each volume is a collection of eerie, unconventional, yet romantic love quotes paired with original artwork from a diverse group of artists. Created and curated by contemporary abstract artist, writer, and creative Cosondra Sjöström, the series was founded on the belief that words and art can preserve the emotional traces of our lives. Through Creepy Romance, she invites artists from around the world to transform her original love quotes into visual interpretations, creating a dialogue between words and art.

Each artist is given a unique quote and invited to create an original work inspired by its meaning, emotion, and atmosphere. The result is a collection of unexpected interpretations that reveal how a single sentiment can inspire entirely different artistic visions.
